My ReadyNAS Duo won't. I fear that a power outage is the cause of the issue. I press the power button to start it and the fan starts and blows continuously. Blue power light is pulsing/flashing continuously on/off every (approx) 1 second. Not visible on my network. All I can do to get it to respond
